Once you make a purchase, the artist will no longer be able to sell it to other customers, resulting in the loss of opportunity cost. Taking this into consideration, please note that returns are not possible for any reason once you make a purchase.

However, our Studio Customer Service team will contact you within 2 days after your order via email, phone, or social media to coordinate a schedule for your tattoo appointment. Please let us know your preferred time, and we will do our best to consult with the artist and accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

If it is determined that the product requires a touch-up, the artist will be contacted. Upon the artist's decision, one free touch-up is available within three months from the date the tattoo was completed.
